Job Description
- Lead installation, startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of BAS/DDC systems.
- Configure software, trends, alarms, reporting tools, and system integrations.
- Serve as the primary technical resource for complex field issues and escalations.
- Apply advanced knowledge of TCP/IP and wireless networking to ensure reliable system performance.
- Provide customer training, project documentation, and clear communication throughout project execution.
- Mentor and support junior field engineers through coaching and hands-on training.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with design specifications.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and accountability.

- High School Diploma/GED
- 3+ years of experience with BAS (building automation systems)
- Valid Driver's License
- Diagnose complex system failures, commission and optimize systems
- Bachelors, Associates, or Certifications in the field
- Expert with TCP/IP networks including wireless technology
- Proficient with advanced building automation software, such as WebCTRL, and installing building automation controls.
