Job Description

• Lead installation, startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of BAS/DDC systems.
• Configure software, trends, alarms, reporting tools, and system integrations.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for complex field issues and escalations.
• Apply advanced knowledge of TCP/IP and wireless networking to ensure reliable system performance.
• Provide customer training, project documentation, and clear communication throughout project execution.
• Mentor and support junior field engineers through coaching and hands-on training.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with design specifications.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and accountability.

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3+ years of experience with BAS (building automation systems)
• Valid Driver's License
• Diagnose complex system failures, commission and optimize systems
• Bachelors, Associates, or Certifications in the field
• Expert with TCP/IP networks including wireless technology
• Proficient with advanced building automation software, such as WebCTRL, and installing building automation controls.
