Field Service Engineer Posted on March 20, 2026 March 20, 2026 by JMJ Phillip We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for complex equipment and systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in diverse field environments. Position Responsibilities Equipment Installation & Maintenance Install, configure, and maintain equipment according to specifications. Conduct preventive maintenance and service checks to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshooting & Support Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site efficiently. Provide guidance and training to customers on proper equipment use. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of service activities, repairs, and installations. Report recurring issues and recommend improvements to engineering teams. Prerequisites Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar technical role. Strong mechanical, electrical, or technical knowledge relevant to the equipment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Relevant technical certifications or training in field service, electrical, or mechanical systems. Salary Range:
