Full Job Description Job Description:
The focus of this position will be the support and onsite service of our customers' machines and systems. Other responsibilities would include design engineering, training, technical support, sales support, and drafting assistance. Service calls will be the primary focus of your employment, and you may be asked to travel a significant number of days per year.
Key Responsibilities:
Installs troubleshoots and maintains products/equipment. Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures Perform service and provide advice and recommendations to customers as requested Perform installation, commissioning, and start-up as requested Conform with codes, rules, regulations and safety standards associated with company protocol, state and federal regulations Document time and materials Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
