As part of one of the nation's largest and most respected power distribution organizations, we support a wide range of industries—including utilities, power generation, manufacturing, data centers, commercial facilities, and renewable energy operations. Position Overview Power Solutions Group is seeking Field Service Engineers with electrical and/or mechanical aptitude who enjoy solving complex problems, working independently, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers significant variety, autonomy, and hands-on experience with power distribution systems across the Northeast. What You'll Do Lead on-site maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical power distribution equipment.

Perform protective relay testing independently or as part of a team.

Manage engineering projects ranging from small assignments to large-scale customer initiatives.

Apply engineering principles, codes, and standards to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective electrical systems.

Provide technical support, quality control, and documentation for assigned projects.

Read and interpret power system wiring diagrams, including DC elementary drawings.

Adhere to all electrical safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.

Demonstrate strong theoretical understanding of electricity and practical problem-solving skills.

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, peers, and leadership.

Coordinate work at customer sites and resolve issues as they arise.

Deliver excellent customer service, follow-up, and time management.

Work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight travel.
