Work today, get paid today! The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 based on direct and relevant experience. RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Field Service Engineer II to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer II, you will be responsible for providing routine preventive and corrective maintenance for diagnostic imaging equipment within professional standards and with excellent customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• (70%) Maintenance Perform routine and preventive maintenance and calibrations on diagnostic imaging equipment within recommended guidelines
• Conduct emergency repair for all imaging equipment, whether trained or not to evaluate failure and initiate calls for vendor service
• Order and source parts; assist with expediting parts orders
• Perform testing and calibration of imaging equipment on a regular basis
• Troubleshoot diagnostic imaging equipment from a remote site using computer technology
• Perform equipment safety checks as needed

Follow the established schedule for preventive maintenance to minimize disruptions to patient care and imaging operations; may include working evenings, weekends, or early mornings to avoid impacting patient scan schedules (25%) Documentation & Communication Document preventive and corrective maintenance performed and related invoices in maintenance connection

Complete and submit work log and repair ticket information in a timely manner to support utilization and equipment maintenance management analysis and tracking

Maintain positive attitude and working relationships with radiologists, vendors, peers and other associates

Communicate equipment status with radiologists, technologists and vendors as needed

Participate in scheduled market management meetings, providing updates on all imaging equipment (5%) Other Duties and Projects as

Assigned Required:

High School Diploma, or equivalent

Associate degree in biomedical equipment technology, or equivalent in relevant and applicable experience

Five (5) years' experience in service engineering with OEM training on at least one major device

Two (2) years' experience in diagnostic imaging machine repair or related equipment

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Ability to travel to various center locations

Ability to work in the evening, weekend hours and on call as needed

Some travel is required between sites; a reliable means of transportation is required

Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance is required for the team member to personally drive a vehicle for company business (regardless of whether it's a company or personal vehicle)
