validation services Provide customer instrument and software training Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex laboratory automation equipment Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and precision instrument calibrations Manage spare parts and calibration equipment Coordinate directly with customers to schedule service visits Book required travel and maintain an up‑to‑date service schedule Submit weekly expense reports and service documentation Maintain regular communication with service leadership Identify and communicate potential sales or service opportunities Qualifications Education or background in Chemistry or Electromechanical technology/engineering Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred) GMP documentation experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Instrument calibration or service experience (a plus) Comfortable using hand tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
