75% in Toledo, 25% travel in the

USSalary:

$38-45/hour + ample overtime

Requirements:

Electro-Mechanical, troubleshooting, automation equipment, machine control, PLC, Ladder logicPosition OverviewThe Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing on-site technical support, installation, and maintenance of machinery and equipment. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with complex electro-mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

•Training will take place in Westerville, Ohio during initial periodKey ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure machinery and equipment at customer sites.



Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems.



Diagnose and repair faults in PLC and automation systems.



Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation.



Collaborate with engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.



Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.



QualificationsProven experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technician.



Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and machinery.



Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of PLC and automation equipment.



Experience with ladder logic and control systems.



Excellent communication and customer service skills.
