Ellison Technologies is hiring a CNC Field Service Engineer to support customers throughout the Minnesota market. You'll work directly with manufacturers using some of the latest CNC technology in the industry while having the independence to manage your day and solve challenging technical problems. Your day-to-day work will include:

Troubleshooting and repairing CNC machining and turning centers Performing field service and preventive maintenance Installing CNC equipment Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues Helping customers resolve equipment problems Providing technical guidance and occasional customer training Maintaining service records and technical documentation Building strong relationships with customers throughout your territory What We're Looking For The ideal candidate has hands-on experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers. We're especially interested in technicians with experience working with: CNC equipment Mechanical systems Electrical systems Hydraulic systems Equipment troubleshooting and repair Field service or industrial maintenance Just as importantly, we're looking for someone who can communicate well with customers, take ownership of their work, and represent Ellison Technologies professionally.
