Diagnose complex faults in 3-phase electric systems, drive motors, transformers, and circuit protections. Navigate industrial control boards and interpret Ladder Logic (PLC/Relay systems) to fix systemic automation issues. Install, commission, troubleshoot, and program Variable Speed Drives (AC/DC). Read complex wiring, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams while working directly with feedback devices like transducers, temperature probes, and phase monitors. Perform high-level installations, millwright tasks, and general preventative maintenance to keep critical client operations running flawlessly. What It Takes to Win Minimum of 3 years of blended mechanical and industrial electrical experience. Strong hands-on knowledge of 3-phase power, motor starters, breakers, and conduit installation. Ability to quickly read and diagnose faults from schematics and pneumatic/hydraulic blueprints. Prior experience with Compressed Air systems. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a desire to travel regionally.

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
