Technical / Field Service Reports to: Office & Compliance Manager Job Description About the Role KO Coach Middle East is looking for a hands-on Field Service Engineer / Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair KO Coach training devices across the UAE and occasionally the GCC. The successful candidate will be the technical point of contact for our gym, club and federation clients and will work independently at different client locations. Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission and calibrate KO Coach training devices.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, electromechanical and sensor-related faults.
• Troubleshoot impact/force sensors, control electronics, wiring and mechanical components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and firmware updates.
• Train clients and staff on proper device operation and care.
• Maintain local spare-parts inventory.
• Prepare service reports after each client visit.
• Document technical issues using photos, videos and sensor logs.
• Coordinate with the technical team in Poland when issues require further support.
• Occasionally assist with live product demonstrations. Requirements
• Background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or Mechatronics, or equivalent technical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience repairing electronic/electromechanical equipment.
• Experience with fitness equipment, industrial equipment, IoT hardware or similar systems is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with sensors, embedded electronics and basic circuit diagnostics.
• Able to use a multimeter and basic hand tools.
• Able to read wiring and assembly diagrams.
• Able to follow technical procedures and perform firmware updates.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain technical matters to non-technical clients.
• Valid UAE driving license or willingness/eligibility to obtain one.
• Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Comfortable working independently across multiple client locations.
• Willing to travel throughout the UAE and occasionally the GCC.

Preferred / Advantage

• Experience servicing gym or fitness equipment.
• Experience with Technogym, Life Fitness or similar equipment.
• Experience with combat-sports or sports technology equipment.
• Experience with IoT-connected devices.
• Experience setting up spare-parts or service processes.
• Currently based in the UAE with a valid residence visa. What We Offer
