Job Description
- Provide on-site installation and testing for medical aesthetic laser systems at client locations.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and uptime of equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues remotely or on-site utilizing strong troubleshooting skills and diagnostic tools.
- Perform complex assembly of machinery, including independent assembly, during installation, maintenance, and repairs.
- Support Trade shows and workshops.
- Provide technical support remotely through various channels (phone, email, chat, remote desktop).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and product development.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to service requests.
- Document service activities including service reports and customer communications.
- Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Perform depot-level repairs and maintenance at company headquarters as requested.
- Support the operations team by addressing both service and refurbishment needs, ensuring that all equipment is restored to optimal working condition before being returned to the field
- Assist in drafting Service Manuals and instructions for packing, unpacking, installation, and troubleshooting. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, electronics, or related field.
- 3+ years of field service experience.
- Proven proficiency in troubleshooting devices, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Proficiency with basic electrical and mechanical hand tools (e.g., wire strippers/crimpers, multimeters, torque drivers, calipers, etc.)
- Technical proficiency in electromechanical systems, lasers, optics, and electronics preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM systems. Familiarity with python, windows commands is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and customer service skills.
