Field Service Engineer:

North America in Romeoville, IL.

Duties:

Set up and conduct tests of complete units and components of complex liquid packaging equipment at customer sites. Deliver the bag-in-box machines in a timely manner and ensured they work correctly. Deliver service reports to customer sites. Provide remote step-by-step tips and guidance for our client and customers to solve machine failures. Thoroughly analyze packaging equipment and recommended corrective maintenance strategy to resolve equipment issues. Review mechanical components to recommend a list of parts or materials to prevent machine failures. Analyze and understand all electrical symbols to interpret the electrical diagrams of bag-in-box machines. Review production fillings lines at customer's facilities while looking for packaging issues, corrective maintenance opportunities to increase machine efficiency, and minimize future production errors and flaws. Draft and prepare detailed reports following each remote call service or onsite service with the client. Telecommuting permitted within the MSA. Requires travel up to 70% of the time within the U.S., Canada, Caribbean Islands and Mexico to resolve remote site problems. 40 hours/week, $120,370 to 186,400 per year.
