- We are looking for a Field Service Engineer. This position will be based in South Carolina.
- In this hands-on, field-based role, you'll support customers by commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting power distribution and protection systems across a wide range of industrial environments.
- You'll make a difference by:
- + Installing, testing, commissioning, and starting up low- and medium-voltage power distribution equipment (approximately 480V-38kV), including switchgear and breakers + Performing hands-on commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of protection and control relays (e.

) + Using industry-standard test equipment and software (such as Omicron and Doble test sets, relay configuration and protection software) to validate system performance + Supporting greenfield and brownfield projects through commissioning, maintenance, emergency response, and corrective troubleshooting activities + Analyzing test results, assessing equipment condition, and documenting findings through clear, accurate field reports + Working directly with customers, partners, and internal teams to provide technical support, training, and consulting as needed + Traveling extensively to job sites across the U.S. to support field execution and project demandsBasic Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience with the following:
- + Field-based commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical power distribution systems + Protection and control relays (SEL, GE Multilin, Siemens

) and associated configuration software + Relay testing equipment such as Omicron and/or Doble test sets + Low- and medium-voltage switchgear, breakers, and electrical control circuits + Interpreting test data, assessing equipment condition, and producing clear technical documentation + Willingness and ability to travel up to approximately 80% domestically + Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications:
