Job Description

(Job Responsibilities)- Job Overview
- This position is primarily responsible for the commissioning, troubleshooting and repair of equipment on customers sites. Including CNG compressors, valve panels, dispensers and communication panels. Support customers and equipment by performing warranty repairs and service. Provide phone support service reply to e-mail for service questions by performing the following duties.
- Responsibilities
- + Manages the electrical testing, mechanical testing, field service, repairs retrofit's and problem solves, applying root cause analysis to solve complex technical problems with a "safety first" mentality + Operates on site and in an on-call capacity and specializes in knowledge of proprietary products + Trains customers on maintenance and troubleshooting as the subject matter expert + Performs trial runs of the equipment + Promotes and participates in continuous improvement efforts + Prepares detailed paperwork properly and on time + Analyzes test results, and reports out on them accordingly + Performs weights and measures testing + Runs ANGI proprietary Series II and C-Scape software properly + Reads and analyzes prints/drawings to spec + Uses AX Dynamics to look up parts and inventory logs + Travels as needed throughout North America •
WHO YOU ARE
(Qualifications)- + Associates degree from college or technical school; or at least 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience + Accountable for managing the safe and timely testing and start-up of equipment + Percent of customer acceptances received at start-up

- + Mechanical, Electrical and PLC skills + Ariel training + Ability to travel often + Ability to commission, test and run CNG compressors, Dispensers, Dryers, MSP's and all Panel types, and use technical gages like digital thermos, vibration analyzers and fluke meters The base compensation range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 per annum.
