Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and repair services for a diverse range of industrial equipment and systems within manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities Perform installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and systems. Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and precision measuring instruments. Read electrical blueprints and schematics to accurately identify system faults and implement effective solutions. Repair and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial electrician systems, and automated equipment. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating technical findings clearly and offering solutions tailored to client needs. Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while working in manufacturing environments. Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting complex issues involving electrical diagnostics or mechanical failures. Support technical sales efforts by demonstrating product capabilities and providing technical expertise during client interactions. Experience Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities or industrial maintenance environments with a strong understanding of AC and DC Drives. Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting, electrical diagnostics. Knowledge of schematics reading, electrical blueprint interpretation, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs),and electrical system repairs. Ability to operate testing tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other precision measuring instruments effectively. Strong customer service skills combined with analysis capabilities to diagnose issues accurately and deliver efficient solutions. Industrial mechanic experience or similar technical background is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English are essential for clear documentation and client interactions.
