We're looking for a Field Service Technician with 3+ years of hands-on experience to support their massive presence in Washington. In this remote, field-based role, you'll be the technical expert customers rely on - installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CNC Lathes and Machining Centers across regional service territories. Qualifications:
3+ years of field service experience working with industrial or CNC equipmentStrong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical schematicsExperience diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and software issues in complex machineryWorking knowledge of PLC systems and hydraulic or pneumatic circuitsProficiency with general computer systems and reporting toolsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentStrong written communication skills for documentation and reportingExcellent interpersonal skills for customer interaction and trainingAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally exceed that as requiredCompletion of a high school diploma and 2-year technical training in electronics, mechanical systems, or machine tool assembly
Responsibilities:
