America, Inc. is looking for a Field Service Engineer to oversee and supervise the on-site installation of

weighing and packaging systems, ensuring all work complies with company engineering specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Position is based in
Green Bay, Wisconsin Required:
Associate's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering and 2 years of in Field Service or similar servicing and troubleshooting of industrial equipment. In addition, the following specific skills are required: Two (2) years of experience in the following: Hands-on experience installing or servicing automated packaging machinery in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Experience using electrical diagnostic instruments, including multimeters, ammeters, and other troubleshooting tools for AC/DC circuits. Industrial hand tools (including torque wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, calipers, micrometers, presses) in a maintenance or manufacturing assembly context. Interpreting and working from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical blueprints for the purpose of equipment installation, fault isolation, and repair. Servo and stepper motor systems, including wiring, configuration, and troubleshooting of motor drivers and control interfaces. Industrial automation systems, including sensors, PLCs, HMIs, or motion control systems. Documenting service activities, completing service reports, and providing technical feedback to engineering teams.
