This role is about more than delivering equipment—it's about empowering patients, ensuring safety, and being a trusted presence during important moments in their care. As a Distribution Technician, you'll deliver, install, and maintain medical equipment in patients' homes, clearly explain how everything works, and make sure each setup supports comfort, confidence, and reliability. You'll represent our company with professionalism and empathy, building trust with every interaction. Your Role Deliver, set up, and service home medical, respiratory, and rehabilitation equipment Instruct patients and caregivers on proper use, care, and safety of equipment Perform equipment repairs, adjustments, and preventative maintenance Accurately complete documentation and communicate patient needs to the care team Ensure all equipment meets safety and quality standards What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Minimum age of 21 Strong communication and customer service skills Valid Alaska driver's license with a clean 36-month driving record Ability to pass a drug screening (including THC) and background check Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in varying environments Experience with HME/DME or stockroom operations is a plus Why Join Us Make a meaningful impact in patients' lives every day Be part of a supportive, team-oriented workplace Gain valuable experience in a hands-on, growing healthcare field
