Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Assess Vehicle Damage:
Evaluate the extent of damage to vehicles and create a comprehensive repair plan.
Perform Repairs:
Execute various repair techniques, including dent removal, body alignment, and panel replacement.
Use Tools and Equipment:
Operate hand and power tools, welding equipment, and paint-matching technology to restore vehicles.
Conduct Final Inspections:
Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and quality expectations before returning vehicles to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of automotive systems and components, including bodywork and structural integrity.
Manual Dexterity:
Ability to work with small parts and tools effectively. Attention to
Detail:
Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality repairs and finishes.
Physical Fitness:
Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and working in awkward positions.
Customer Service Skills:
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and provide excellent service.
Work Environment:
Typically works in a garage or body shop environment, which may involve exposure to dust, fumes, and loud noises. Protective gear is provided to ensure safety.
