In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and inspecting radon mitigation systems to ensure safe indoor air quality for our clients. Your expertise will help protect communities from radon exposure while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair radon mitigation systems using hand tools and power tools, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Conduct thorough inspections of existing systems to verify proper operation and identify potential issues. Adhere strictly to safety standards including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and respiratory protection during all phases of work. Respond promptly to emergency situations related to water damage, flood restoration, or fire restoration as needed. Maintain detailed documentation of all work performed using industry-standard software such as Xactimate for estimates and reports. Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, equipment, and materials to job sites. Communicate effectively with clients to explain system functions, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements Strong knowledge of safety protocols including PPE use and respiratory protection standards. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and various construction equipment efficiently and safely. Customer service skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
