Job Description

HERR Enterprises, Inc. is looking for a hard-working teammate. A partner that is confident, responsible, and accountable with the ability to work efficiently and independently. This position is a full-time position with a fixed Monday through Friday weekly schedule.
Daily schedule as follows:
Report to the main location, commute to Birmingham in a company vehicle, complete repairs and maintenance on-site for 6 hours, then return to the main location. Hours 6:30 am - 3:00 pm. Responsibilities As an Associate Field Service Representative, you are responsible for the repair and delivery of equipment according to the manufacturer's specifications. You will perform all required quality control checks and preventive maintenance in accordance with the product's operation and/or service manual. You present the highest level of customer etiquette. Promote increased equipment and service usage. You are committed to completing all documentation. Utilize Systems () to track service history and manage work orders. Manage and keep up with your assigned accounts. What you need High School diploma Valid driver's license Ability to pass a drug test Ability to lift 50 lbs Strong interpersonal communication skills specifically relating to stress management, people management, and conflict management. Ability to explain detailed instructions, troubleshooting, and inspection procedures. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Reliable and punctual. Basic electronic and mechanical aptitude. Pay will be based on experience•
