Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. This role involves providing on-site equipment repair and customer service, ensuring that our clients' machinery and systems operate smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the job. This position offers the opportunity to work with a take-home vehicle, fuel cards, and flexible hours to support work-life balance. Duties Perform on-site repairs and maintenance of equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety standards. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and efficiently. Troubleshoot technical issues with equipment, diagnosing problems accurately and implementing effective solutions. Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs performed, and parts used. Manage scheduled appointments and respond promptly to emergency service requests as needed. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all field operations. Experience Proven experience in equipment repair or technical service roles, preferably within mobile or diesel equipment environments. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings or weekends if required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving take-home vehicles is preferred. Ability to work independently in diverse environments with minimal supervision. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and providing excellent service in a dynamic field setting.
Pay:
$25.73 - $30.98 per hour
