Fort Smith, Arkansas Full-Time | On-Call Availability Required We are hiring a Mitigation Technician to join a growing property damage restoration team. This position responds to residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire/smoke, and mold damage. This is a hands-on position involving water extraction, demolition, cleanup, drying, and other mitigation work to help prevent further property damage. Job Duties Respond to emergency water, fire, smoke, and mold damage calls Perform water extraction and assist with structural drying Remove damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, and other materials Perform demolition and cleanup of affected areas Set up and monitor drying and restoration equipment Use hand and power tools safely Maintain clean and organized job sites Provide professional, customer-focused service Work as part of a team to complete mitigation projects safely and efficiently Respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed Requirements Previous construction experience required Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to be on call Willingness to work outside normal business hours when needed Ability to perform physically demanding work Dependable with a strong work ethic All candidates must be able to complete the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
