Job Summary Reconstruction Craftsman Team (2-Man Crew) — Post-Mitigation Remodel Haws Homes | Mountain Home, AR area Haws Homes is hiring a two-man team of skilled craftsmen for reconstruction work after disaster mitigation. Mitigation and demo are already done. Your job is to put the house back together to a high finish: framing, drywall repair and replacement, paint, trim, and flooring. Specialty trades like plumbing and electrical will be sub contracted out. We are a licensed, insured custom builder and remodeler serving Mountain Home and the surrounding lakes area. This is production remodel work on occupied and vacant homes after water, fire, or mold jobs—not emergency response, not mitigation, not mold/asbestos abatement. We are building a team of two people who take pride in clean, square, finished work and can move a job without being babysat. Team work and high communication skills a must. What you will do Light framing maybe required. Hang, tape, finish, and texture drywall (repairs and full rooms) Prime and paint walls, ceilings, and trim Install and finish interior trim, base, casing, and related carpentry Install flooring (LVP, vinyl, tile, or similar as specified) Coordinate with the job superintendent on punch lists, materials, and schedule Keep jobs clean, protect finished areas, and leave the home ready for the homeowner Represent Haws Homes professionally with homeowners and insurance/restoration partners What we need Proven framing, drywall, paint, trim, and flooring skill—not "I can figure it out" Construction or remodel experience preferred; restoration reconstruction experience a plus Own basic hand and power tools; we supply specialty equipment and materials Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work as a two-man unit: one lead, one helper, or two equals who already know how to divide work. Steady, detail-oriented, and comfortable in homes that have just come out of mitigation Must be able to pass a background check and work legally in the U.S. What this is not Not on-call water extraction or fire cleanup Not Xactimate estimating as a primary duty Not asbestos/mold remediation Not a one-man "do everything" role Pay and terms Competitive pay based on skill and output.
