Monday-Friday Territory:
Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale & Queen Creek Love working with your hands? Like being outside? Take pride in the details? Do you love to grill? Want a job where you can actually learn a trade? Bar-B-Clean is growing, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. We clean, repair, maintain, and install outdoor BBQ grills for residential and commercial customers. No BBQ experience is necessary — we'll train you. What matters most is that you're dependable, willing to learn, comfortable working with your hands, and take pride in doing a great job. We're looking for someone we can count on. Showing up on time, being ready to work, and being dependable every day is extremely important to us. We also want someone who notices the little things and takes pride in doing a job right — not just getting it done. And if you love to grill, even better! You'll spend your days around outdoor BBQ equipment, learning how grills work and helping customers get the most out of them. What You'll Do Clean and restore outdoor BBQ grills Diagnose problems and recommend repairs Repair and install grill components Pay attention to the details and leave every job looking its best Work directly with homeowners, property managers, and commercial customers Keep your equipment, vehicle, and work area clean and organized Complete approximately 2 appointments per day Work independently while staying connected with your team What We're Looking For Dependable and reliable — we need someone who shows up and is ready to work Takes pride in their work and notices the little things Hardworking and willing to learn Comfortable working 100% outdoors — including Arizona summers Able to lift 50+ lbs. Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude Comfortable talking with customers in a professional manner Clean, neat, and well-groomed Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent No BBQ experience required — paid training provided Experience That Gets Our Attention You don't need previous BBQ experience, but we'd love to hear from you if you have experience with: Hardscape or outdoor construction Low-voltage electrical General electrical or mechanical work Plumbing or gas appliance work Home improvement or maintenance Landscaping or outdoor projects Other hands-on trades What We Offer $21/hour starting pay + incentives + potential tips Monday-Friday schedule, generally 7/8 AM-4/5 PM No nights or regular weekends Gas allowance provided Opportunity for a company vehicle with a good work and driving history after 3-6 months Training and opportunities for advancement A small-team environment where your work actually matters The opportunity to build a career in a growing industry Who We Are Bar-B-Clean is a growing barbecue cleaning, repair, and service company.
