OVERVIEW

Insight Global is seeking a Field Service Technician in to support a large environmental and industrial equipment supplier at a client site in Chandler, AZ. This individual will serve as a key technical representative supporting advanced industrial systems that ensure clean air and reliable manufacturing operations. In this role, the FST will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade advanced equipment.

Responsibilities Include:

Lead preventative maintenance inspections and perform corrective maintenance and major repairs on equipment. Perform periodic system maintenance per customer schedules and requirements. Assist with technically complex troubleshooting and diagnostics. Complete assignments within generally defined parameters by referencing work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation. Install equipment upgrades following approved documentation and work instructions. Assist with training new employees on preventative maintenance tasks. Apply judgment in resolving non-standard or unexpected equipment issues; typically receives general instructions for work. Meet company and customer reporting requirements, ensuring accurate and timely service documentation. Adhere to all company and customer safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of experience performing repairs and maintenance on electro-mechanical equipment or industrial systems in a manufacturing environment High School Diploma or Technical School (Associate Degree preferred) Ability to wear a respirator as required

Compensation :

$30/hr.

•$35/hr. + shift differential. Exact compensation will depend on several factors including years of experience, related skills, and education.
