Full Job Description General Description:
Desert Hot Tubs is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Service Repair Technicians. This role is ideal for those with mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn the hot tub, swim spa, and sauna industry. You'll receive paid, hands-on training while working alongside experienced technicians to develop your skills in troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and customer service. Upon successfully completing training, you'll be assigned your own company service vehicle and service route , giving you the opportunity to work independently while continuing to grow your career.Why You'll Love Working Here:

Assist with diagnosing and repairing hot tubs, saunas and swim spas under supervision Test and balance water chemistry Support senior technicians on service calls and in the shop Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and workspace Complete basic job paperwork and service records Provide friendly, respectful customer serviceAdditional Duties:
Help with spa deliveries and installations Assist with refurbishing and preparing spas for resale Perform routine water care and maintenance Other duties as assigned by managementRequirements:
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Neat appearance and good communication skills Strong organizational habits Maintain a clean and organized company service vehicle Clean driving record and courteous driving demeanor Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, email, scheduling apps, and basic work-related software. Safety-first attitude Every other Friday, all technicians are required to bring their service vans to the main warehouse to restock inventory, return used parts, and organize their vehicles.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent No prior spa/hot tub experience required (training provided) Valid Arizona driver's license Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoorsCompensation & Benefits:
Competitive starting pay based on experience Starting pay:- No experience: $17-19/hr (Paid Training)
- 6-12 months mechanical/service experience: $20-24/hr
- Experienced service technician (2+ years): $25-29+/hr Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay (benefits based on longevity) Training and advancement opportunities Company vehicle/tools provided for field work
- Successful technicians have opportunities to advance into higher-paying service roles with Increased responsibility.
Pay:
$19.00- $24.
