Experienced Field Technician IPEC Contracting is seeking an experienced Field Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment. This position involves builder warranty work, remodels, and remediation projects throughout the Phoenix metro area. Responsibilities Perform trim installation and finish carpentry as part of remediation and restoration projects. Complete drywall repairs , patching, and texture matching after water‑damage removal. Handle interior painting , touch‑ups, and surface restoration to pre‑loss condition. Execute remodel and remediation repairs , including rebuilding areas affected by floods or leaks. Deliver all work with a high level of quality , accuracy , and attention to detail . Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site inside customers' homes. Communicate clearly with team members, homeowners, and project managers throughout the job. Qualifications Experience with trim work , finish carpentry, or interior repairs. Background in remediation , restoration , or remodeling preferred. Skilled in drywall repair , texture matching , and painting . Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record . What We Offer- Company vehicle.
