Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Restoration Technician and become a vital part of helping clients recover from unexpected disasters! In this energetic role, you'll respond swiftly to emergency situations involving water, fire, mold, and storm damage, providing expert restoration services that bring relief and peace of mind. Your hands-on skills and commitment to safety will ensure that each project is completed efficiently, professionally, and with a positive attitude that motivates both clients and team members. This position offers on-call coverage, requiring readiness to jump into action whenever disaster strikes, making every day different and impactful. Duties Respond promptly to emergency calls for water, fire, mold, flood, and storm damage restoration projects. Perform cleaning, debris removal, and detailed restoration work using hand tools and specialized equipment. Conduct mold remediation and asbestos abatement procedures following strict safety protocols. Operate company vehicles safely to transport equipment and personnel to job sites. Apply personal protective equipment (PPE) such as respiratory masks and protective suits to ensure safety during hazardous tasks. Assist with construction-related repairs, including but not limited to demolition. Follow all safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others. Communicate clearly with clients to provide excellent customer service throughout the restoration process. Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and safety compliance on each project. Experience Prior experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields is highly preferred. Familiarity with emergency response readiness and on-call coverage requirements. Hands-on experience with water damage restoration, flood cleanup, fire restoration, mold remediation, or asbestos abatement is a plus. Knowledge of safety procedures including respiratory protection and proper PPE use. Ability to operate hand tools, carpet cleaning equipment, company vehicles, and other restoration machinery confidently. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients during stressful situations. Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
