Job Description - Toryon Technologies is seeking a person to fill a Technical Service Field Engineer position for our business in the Wide Format Digital Printing Industry. Our Digital Business encompasses Hp and Mimaki Wide Format Printers, Cutters, Laminators and consumables. Meet company guidelines for response and Service Levels. On-Site troubleshooting and repair of customer Digital Hardware and Software.

• Collect and record all customer issues, including parts and report to Corporate Office Electronically. Responsible to schedule customer appointments. Weekly customer visits to develop Service Opportunities. Responsible for Managing customer Satisfaction / service quality, parts inventory, and RMA Process. Provide Customer Training on Digital Hardware and assistance on Software. Installation of Digital Printers, Cutters and Laminators. Company will support training programs. Ability to listen to clients' goals and provide credible consultation for solutions A work ethic that supports retention and acquisition of client base while representing Toryon Technologies in the utmost professional manner. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers and management. Competitive individuals with critical thinking and problem-solving skills necessary to win.
