Job Summary This position is for installing, testing, servicing, and maintaining coffee and espresso equipment. We are willing to train if you have basic mechanical knowledge. Knowledge of coffee/tea, and espresso equipment is a plus , but not mandatory. Full Time Hours 7:30 - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

General duties include:

The job consists of testing and preparing equipment for installation. Troubleshooting problems with equipment in person and over the phone. Performing routine preventive maintenance. Responding to service calls on location. Applicants must be able to provide great customer service, ability to communicate well with customers as well as office staff, must be highly motivated, have good organizational skills, ability to troubleshoot problems with coffee/tea equipment as well as espresso machines.
