Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Restoration Technician and become a vital part of restoring properties affected by fire, water, mold, or other damages. In this energetic role, you'll be on the front lines of disaster recovery, utilizing your skills to clean, repair, and restore homes and businesses efficiently. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help clients regain their spaces quickly and confidently. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in the restoration industry while making a meaningful difference in people's lives. Duties Perform cleaning and debris removal to prepare sites for restoration work Conduct fire and water damage restoration tasks with precision and care Execute mold remediation and asbestos abatement procedures following safety protocols Use hand tools and power tools to dismantle damaged structures and perform repairs Assist with carpet cleaning, surface cleaning, and general sanitation efforts Support construction activities related to restoration projects, including minor repairs Document work progress and communicate effectively with team members and clients during projects Requirements Prior experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields is preferred Being scheduled for on-call rotation for emergency related projects Knowledge of cleaning techniques, fire/water damage restoration, and mold remediation is a plus Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor throughout the workday Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and quality workmanship Willingness to learn new skills related to asbestos abatement and other specialized restoration tasks Valid driver's license is preferred for site travel and equipment transportation Able to pass a drug screening Able to pass a background screening with no prior listed Felonies Embark on a rewarding career where every day presents new challenges and opportunities to make a tangible impact. Pay:
$17.00 - $24.00 per hour
