Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning of North Orange County is looking for a full-time Carpet Cleaning & In-Home Service Technician . Carpet cleaning experience is NOT required. We can teach you how to clean carpet, upholstery, tile and grout, and wood floors. What we're really looking for is someone with reliability, good judgment, a strong work ethic, and excellent customer-service skills. The Job Once trained, you'll spend most of your day working independently and managing your own route . You'll drive a company vehicle to customers' homes and businesses, perform professional cleaning services, communicate with customers, explain services and pricing, collect payment, and make sure each customer has an excellent experience. If you like being trusted to do your job without someone constantly looking over your shoulder, this could be a great fit.

Pay & Schedule Training:

$20+/hour, depending on experience Independent technicians: Commission-based compensation typically equivalent to $25-$35+/hour Customer tips and performance bonuses Full-time daytime schedule Monday-Friday OR Tuesday-Saturday Consistent two-day weekend The better you become at taking care of customers and efficiently managing your route, the greater your earning potential. Someone Who:

Has a stable work history and a track record of being dependable Is comfortable working independently and managing a daily schedule Is friendly, professional, and confident communicating with customers Takes pride in doing a job correctly Is comfortable using smartphone apps for scheduling, payments, and job information Has a valid driver's license and clean driving record Can lift and carry cleaning equipment, including up and down stairs Has reliable transportation to our van parking location Experience in pest control, HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, cable/internet installation, restoration, residential cleaning, pool service, delivery, maintenance, route service, or another in-home service position is especially valuable. Prior carpet or floor-care experience is a plus, but we'd rather hire an excellent service professional and teach them carpet cleaning than hire an experienced cleaner who isn't great with customers.
