Job Description

Job Overview Voorwood Machinery in Anderson, CA is actively seeking an experienced full-time Field Service Technician. This field service technician position requires you to install, troubleshoot, and service CNC woodworking and packaging machinery at different customer facilities located throughout North America. Must have 5 years of equivalent experience. Extremely competitive salary plus overtime and benefits. Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and service CNC machinery. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues. Download and configure machine software and programs. Train customers on machine operation and maintenance. Provide professional technical support in the field.
Qualifications:
Strong mechanical aptitude with industrial machinery experience. Knowledge of CNC machines, electrical controls, PLCs, HMIs, and servo systems. Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics. Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills. Willingness to travel extensively. Valid driver's license required. Must be able to pass a background and drug screening.
