You will leverage your mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting expertise to deliver high-quality repairs and preventative maintenance, directly impacting patient care and facility efficiency. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on a wide range of medical equipment and integrated systems. Manage your daily service schedule autonomously, prioritizing urgent repairs and installations to maximize equipment uptime for healthcare providers. Collaborate with internal engineering and technical support teams to resolve complex hardware issues and ensure full regulatory compliance. Document all service activities and troubleshooting steps within digital platforms to maintain accurate maintenance logs. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing technical guidance on repair options and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery. Support regional service operations by traveling to various healthcare facilities to address equipment needs and maintain high service standards. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or GED with at least 4 years of professional experience, including 2 years in a technical or mechanical capacity. Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair electromechanical systems, with transferable skills from fields like HVAC, aviation, or industrial maintenance. Valid driver's license and the ability to meet all necessary vendor credentialing and background check requirements. Proficiency with basic computer systems, mobile applications, and data entry. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills Associate's degree in a technical field or relevant industry certifications. Prior experience in a field-based, customer-facing technical role. Military technical training or experience with complex diagnostic equipment.
