Summary:

We are seeking a Leak Detection Technician to inspect, diagnose, and pinpoint water leaks in underground plumbing systems, walls, slabs, and irrigation lines. This is a hands-on field position that requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer service ability.

Responsibilities:

Perform leak detection inspections using specialized equipment (acoustic listening devices, helium sniffers, thermal cameras, line tracers, etc.) Accurately diagnose water line, irrigation, and slab leaks Perform line tracing and system pressure testing Mark and document leak locations Work collaboratively with office staff and plumbing teams Maintain equipment and service vehicle in excellent condition Ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

Plumbing experience strongly preferred Experience in leak detection is a plus , but we will train the right candidate Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills Ability to read blueprints or site plans a plus Comfortable using field technology Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, crawl under buildings, and work outdoors
