GED Driver's License Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Process Technician is responsible for providing support for service operations and process maintenance, including development, documentation, calibration, maintenance and testing of procedures and equipment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Initiate and complete technical activities leading to new or improved product service processes. Develop customer training for product; repairs, tests and upgrades. Provide technical support to all projects, perform root cause analysis and work to reduce any defects. Perform calibration and maintenance on equipment in use. Manage project resources while monitoring process supplies. Support continuous improvement projects and initiatives. Ensure department maintenance and calibration schedules are met and properly documented. Support projects or activities as required by the company. Perform other duties or special projects as requested.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
Three years of related experience in the medical industry. Establish self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong 'hands-on' skills, with ability to perform detail-oriented work with high degree of accuracy. Excellent Oral and written communication skills. Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word). High School diploma or equivalent. Must have flexibility in reacting to new situations and adaptability for working in a new environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience within the medical device or pharmaceutical industries. Post high school education, technical certificate, military technical training, trade school or apprenticeship.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation:
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $25 - $32 Per Hour plus benefits. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience and internal equity. May stand, sit, or crouch for extended period when facilitating equipment repair or service. Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver's license is required. The physical demands of the position described herein are essential functions of the job and employees must be able to successfully perform these tasks for extended periods.
