Responsibilities include:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair pumps, motors, filters, heaters, controllers, and automation systems Perform preventive maintenance on commercial pool equipment Conduct equipment inspections and identify operational issues Complete minor plumbing, mechanical, and electrical repairs Test, evaluate, and optimize water circulation and filtration systems Communicate findings and recommendations with facility managers and customers Document service work accurately using company systems Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and system improvements No two days are the same—you may replace a circulation pump at a community aquatic center in the morning and diagnose a complex filtration system at a luxury resort in the afternoon. What We're Looking For We're seeking mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and working independently. 2+ years of experience in mechanical repair, industrial maintenance, field service, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, facilities maintenance, or related trades Experience working with pumps, motors, filtration systems, mechanical equipment, or industrial machinery Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Ability to read basic schematics and technical manuals Excellent customer service and communication skills Self-motivated with strong time-management skills Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Pool industry experience is not required.
