Job Description

Drain Technicians We're looking for experienced Drain & Sewer Technicians to join our growing team in Novato, CA. If you're a motivated professional who enjoys solving problems, delivering exceptional customer service, and building a rewarding career, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay Range:
$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 (hourly + commissions & bonus depending on experience)
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in the plumbing industry GED or High School Diploma Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally Ability to work in a fast paced and results driven environment Ability to work under stressful conditions and may be exposed to verbal and/or physical confrontations Ability to work extended hours, nights or weekends Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl What Will You do? Diagnose issues, explain solutions clearly, and provide accurate service reports Respond to drain service calls and resolve clogs and backups Use jetters, snakes, and camera equipment with confidence Perform drain maintenance and cleaning to keep water and waste lines flowing properly Work independently and efficiently to meet daily goals Maintain tools, equipment, service vehicle, and a professional appearance Document work, collect payments, and ensure accurate records are kept Assist customers with preventive maintenance solutions to reduce future issues Follow all safety procedures, codes, and company standards Perform other duties as assigned by the company Why Work With Us? • Paid Medical Plan for you and your family • Dental, and Vision plans available for you and your family 401k Retirement Plan with up to 4% company match Life insurance and accident insurance
