You will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency through expert diagnostics, precise commissioning, and proactive maintenance of high-performance commercial cooling and heating infrastructure. Responsibilities Execute advanced troubleshooting and repairs on commercial rooftop units, VRF systems, and heat-recovery configurations to restore optimal system performance. Perform comprehensive factory-level start-ups and commissioning, ensuring all refrigerant, electrical, and airflow parameters meet rigorous design specifications. Conduct detailed preventive maintenance inspections to identify potential mechanical failures before they impact facility operations. Coordinate with building automation teams to integrate and calibrate complex controls, ensuring seamless system communication. Deliver clear, actionable technical reports and equipment condition assessments to facility stakeholders to support long-term asset management. Maintain high standards of service excellence by providing professional communication and technical guidance to clients during site visits. Qualifications Required Skills 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC service and repair. Proficiency in interpreting complex electrical schematics and mechanical wiring diagrams. Strong diagnostic capabilities regarding refrigeration cycles, hydronic systems, and VFD-driven components. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to perform physical tasks including ladder climbing, rooftop access, and working in mechanical environments.
