You will leverage your mechanical expertise to diagnose complex issues and provide high-quality repairs, directly impacting patient safety and clinical efficiency. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and corrective repairs on a wide range of medical hardware and integrated systems. Manage your daily service schedule independently, prioritizing urgent service requests and installations to maximize equipment uptime. Collaborate with internal engineering and technical support teams to resolve complex malfunctions and ensure full regulatory compliance. Document all service activities and troubleshooting steps accurately within digital platforms to maintain detailed equipment history. Consult with facility staff to provide repair options and identify opportunities for service upgrades that enhance operational performance. Travel throughout your assigned territory to provide on-site support, ensuring consistent service delivery across multiple healthcare locations. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or GED with at least 4 years of professional experience, including 2+ years in a mechanical or technical capacity. Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical or electrical systems, such as HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial machinery. Proficiency with basic computer applications, mobile data entry, and digital navigation tools. Valid driver's license and the ability to meet all necessary background and vendor credentialing requirements for hospital access. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service in a professional environment. Preferred Skills Associate degree in a technical field or relevant military mechanical training. Prior experience in a field-based, customer-facing technical role. Demonstrated success in managing complex schedules and working autonomously in a mobile capacity.
