Water Certification Full Job Description Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Job Description We are seeking an experienced Water Damage Remediation Technician to service the San Gabriel Valley , handling water damage mitigation and restoration for residential and commercial properties. Requirements & Skills Minimum 3 years of water damage restoration/remediation experience . Must hold current IICRC WRT, AMRT, and ASD certifications . Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record . Knowledge of water mitigation, structural drying, moisture monitoring, and mold remediation procedures. Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Xactimate experience is a plus.
