Utilize industry-standard tools such as hand tools, power tools, Xactimate estimating software, and carpet cleaning equipment to complete jobs efficiently. Conduct emergency response readiness activities, including on-call coverage for urgent restoration needs. Operate company vehicles safely while managing logistics for project materials and equipment transport. Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, set expectations, and ensure high levels of customer service throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, safety compliance, and project progress in accordance with company standards. Skills Proven experience in the restoration industry with expertise in fire restoration, water damage repair, flood recovery, mold remediation, and general cleaning. Strong knowledge of safety protocols including PPE use and respiratory protection to ensure team safety at all times. Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, Xactimate software for estimates, and various cleaning equipment such as carpet cleaners. Ability to respond swiftly to emergency situations with readiness for on-call coverage. Construction experience is highly desirable for structural repairs or rebuilds following damage incidents. Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely and responsibly.
