Responsibilities Respond promptly to emergency calls involving water damage, flooding, fire damage, or mold issues, demonstrating emergency response readiness. Perform water extraction, flood restoration, and drying using specialized equipment such as pumps, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters. Conduct cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning, debris removal, and surface sanitation to restore properties to their pre-loss condition. Assist with fire restoration efforts by cleaning soot and smoke residues and applying appropriate remediation techniques. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and respiratory protection consistently to ensure safety during all restoration activities. Operate company vehicles responsibly for on-call coverage and job site transportation while adhering to safety protocols. Utilize hand tools, power tools, Xactimate estimating software, and construction experience to accurately assess damage and execute repairs efficiently. Perform mold remediation procedures following industry standards to eliminate health hazards effectively. Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the process to ensure customer service excellence. Follow all safety protocols diligently to uphold a safe work environment for yourself and team members. Qualifications Prior experience in the restoration industry or construction is highly preferred; however, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of water damage restoration, flood recovery, mold remediation, fire restoration, and carpet cleaning techniques is advantageous. Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, Xactimate software, and company vehicles responsibly. Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence including PPE use and respiratory protection measures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Willingness to be on-call for emergency response situations outside of regular hours.
