What You'll Be Brewing Up Each Day As a Field Service Technician, you'll be our everyday hero-traveling to customer locations to keep coffee, cold beverage, and water filtration equipment running at peak performance. Your mission, should you choose to accept it: Deliver top-notch customer service with every visit Install, maintain, repair, and remove brewing equipment, grinders, and filtration units Perform preventative maintenance (because the best breakdown is the one that never happens!) Troubleshoot issues like a pro and spot repair trends before they become big problems Manage spare parts inventory and order what you need to stay ready Use a company handheld device to accept service calls and log notes Prep water filtration units to keep up with sales demand Partner with your manager and teammates to keep everything running smoothly This role may also assist with the delivery of products when necessary What Makes You a Great Fit You don't need a cape-just the right skills and attitude: High school diploma or equivalent Mechanical and electrical know-how (multi-meters and circuitry don't scare you) Ability to diagnose, repair, and replace equipment parts Comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs, climbing ladders, bending, standing, and moving throughout the day Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills Tech-friendly (smartphones are part of the toolkit) A positive, team-first attitude with integrity and professionalism The Schedule Scoop Five-day work week (days may flex) Some on-call nights, weekends, or holidays may pop up Occasional travel depending on territory needs A Few Must-Haves Safe driving record and obedience to traffic laws Willingness to complete pre-employment testing (MVR check, DOT exam and drug screen) Why You'll Love It Here You'll be part of a team that values quality, teamwork, and great coffee.
