What We're Looking For Experience:

3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC equipment or related industrial machinery.

Mechanical Expertise:

Ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics, blueprints, and layouts.

Electrical Skills:

Solid grasp of industrial electrical systems, control wiring, and electrical troubleshooting techniques.

Road-Ready:

Valid Driver's License and a commitment to local daily travel.

salary: $83,200 - $135,200 per year shift: First work hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Drive to various customer manufacturing sites daily across the Bay Area to perform scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and full installations of CNC machinery and automated components. Perform high-level mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to identify root causes—distinguishing between machine hardware faults, operator errors, or programming issues. Diagnose failing parts, order appropriate replacements, and execute precise repairs to minimize customer downtime. Deliver exceptional customer service, acting as the face of the technical service team and building trust with shop managers and machine operators. Work independently in dynamic shop environments, managing your daily schedule and technical tasks efficiently.
