Monday - Friday with required Weekends, Overtime, and On-Call rotation.
Project Scope:
Automatic and manual door install and repair (Residential, Commercial, Government or Federal).

Impact:
- Execute high-quality installations and repairs of automatic pedestrian doors, panic hardware, and electric locks.
- Integrate sophisticated access control systems including keypads, maglocks, and ADA/handicap door operators.
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical failures on-site to restore facility security and functionality.
- Manage a company service vehicle to provide rapid, professional response to priority service calls.
- Document technical field reports clearly to ensure accurate communication with the home office and clients.
- Coordinate with team members during large-scale glazing and storefront glass projects at sensitive locations.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace while handling heavy materials and specialized power tools.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot moving parts and circuitry.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record as determined by insurance carriers.
- Physical ability to safely lift and transport door panels weighing at least 100 pounds.
- Absolute flexibility to work odd hours, mandatory overtime, and participate in an on-call rotation.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous professional experience in locksmithing, access control, low voltage, glazing, glass storefronts, or general commercial construction.
- Advanced understanding of basic electronics or electrical theory.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a field environment.
