JOB SUMMARY
As a Contents Cleaning Technician, you will assist with cleaning, packing, inventorying, and restoring customers' belongings following fire, smoke, and water damage. You will work closely with the Crew Chief and production team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Respond to service calls and perform assigned restoration services. Follow company production guidelines and Crew Chief instructions. Inventory, load, and unload equipment, products, and supplies. Set up job sites and staging areas for production activities. Prepare rooms and contents for cleaning and restoration processes. Assist with packing, cleaning, moving, and restoring customer belongings. Support the Crew Chief and other team members as needed. Complete end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Maintain a clean and organized job site, warehouse, vehicles, and equipment. Treat customers' homes and property with professionalism and respect. Communicate effectively to ensure customer needs are met.
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver's license required. High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous cleaning, moving, restoration, or general labor experience is a plus. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
