We are looking for candidates who are team players and are highly motivated to get the work done! Must be physically capable of performing all duties! the right candidate will be hard working, reliable and available 24/7. Great communication skills are necessary! Duties Assess and document the extent of damage to properties due to water, fire, mold, or asbestos. Execute restoration tasks including mold remediation, fire damage repair, and water extraction. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various restoration projects. Perform carpet cleaning and other related cleaning tasks as needed. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards during all restoration activities. Communicate effectively with clients regarding the restoration process and progress. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently. Requirements
BE ON TIME
Knowledge of mold remediation, fire restoration, water damage restoration is a plus. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
MUST HAVE A VALID CLEAN

Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
