Job Description

Lead Technician:
When a call comes in, you move quickly, assess the situation, and give the team clear direction. As our Lead Technician, you'll take control of both emergency field response and scheduled restoration projects. You're known for making sound decisions under pressure while setting firm expectations, checking the details, and ensuring your technicians and equipment are ready when the next call comes in. Lead Technician:
Demonstrated restoration experience Familiarity with OSHA regulations and the ability to apply safe work practices on active jobsites Ability to lead and manage a team of technicians Ability to assess conditions, execute and delegate field tasks, and monitor progress Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with property owners, subcontractors, technicians, and other stakeholders through various mediums Ability to identify and maintain a safe jobsite, including safely operating and maintaining restoration tools and equipment IICRC Certifications, preferred Why you'll love working with us: Starting base salary at $32/hour, commensurate with experience Company-sponsored IICRC certifications, as applicable Company provided vehicle for business use (40) hours paid vacation per year (48) hours paid sick time per year Eligible to participate in group health insurance plan with 50% contribution to employee plan Eligible to participate in 401K plan per plan guidelines The following Holidays are observed: New Years day, Memorial day, Independence day, Labor day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas What you'll do as the
Lead Technician:
Lead emergency response and scheduled restoration activities on assigned projects Lead, coach, and direct a high-performing team of technicians Assess site conditions and develop restoration plans with organized field execution while maintaining a safe environment Maintain vehicle, equipment, and shop readiness for routine and emergency work Keep property owners and internal team members informed through clear communication and accurate documentation Who we are: At Disaster Restoration Services (DRS) (https://www.disasterrestorationco.com/), we are proud to be a locally owned and operated company with over three decades of combined experience in restoration and construction.
